1. The First Date
Let’s chat about you, your story and what your wedding vision is. We want to ensure that your experience with your wedding photographer is as magical as your day.
2. The
“Get-to-know-You”
We highly recommend our couples to invest in having an engagement session with us. We actually call our engagement/pre-wedding session as the “get-to-know-you”.
Our goal of this session is to understand your dynamics and interaction as a couple and for you to be comfortable in front of our lens. It will feel like going on a date with beautiful portraits to take away.
We help you plan the session from location to styling. The best part after the portrait session is that we sit down and go over the images together to learn about your preference to prepare for your very special day.
3. The Wedding Preparation
We are here for your entire wedding planning from vendor referral to timeline suggestion.
Three months before the wedding day, we send you a questionnaire for the itinerary for the day and help you draft one if you have not started already.
4. Your Special Day
Everything is planned and it is your time to enjoy the day, to say your vows and marry your loved one. Just relax and have fun, rest assured that all your real moments will be captured beautifully.
5. The Grand Reveal
Woohoo, the wait is over and your full wedding gallery is here. The photographs will be your forever keepsake that help you relive your special day and your celebration of love over and over again.
6. Your Gorgeous Wedding Album
All of our wedding couples have access to our professional lab and you can decide to invest in having a wedding album at the beginning or at the end once you receive the gallery.
Your memories are deserved to be preserved in prints and we truly believe it will be one of your most special keepsakes for the next generations to enjoy.
We truly believe wedding photography is an investment as years after the wedding, these photographs will help you relive your once-in-a-lifetime day. Payment plan and gift registry are offered. We are a boutique professional studio offering custom fine art wedding and portrait photography. The final number depends on what activities you have for the day and how many photographers you have (a second photographer is great if you want more candid images). On average, you should expect a minimum of 400 images for an 8-hour wedding day. We do not hold back any good moments!
We are a registered business under the name The Right Moments and we have commercial liability insurance. We use professional-grade equipment including full-frame bodies, various lens and other lighting and accessories with backups. We want to make sure that nothing can go wrong for your wedding.
We only provide edited images in JPEGs as we believe post-production is a significant component of our own art in which we apply our own editing style. Standard editing includes general color correction, contrast and sharpening. Re-editing and custom retouching, which includes changing the look of the scene, facial retouching (such as removal of blemishes, double chins), reduction of weight, can be requested with an additional charge for digital images and often included in print products.
Absolutely! We believe in helping you build your legacy and having tangible keepsakes for you to enjoy and pass down to the next generations. We almost lost all of our wedding digital pictures at one point and we were so glad that we have a wedding album. It is our personal mission to help everyone preserve their memories in prints and thus all of our wedding collections include some. It’s a great way to celebrate your upcoming milestone, a celebration of love! It’s fun as we plan the photoshoot together. It’s also an opportunity for us to understand your preference better to prepare for your wedding day. As wedding couples, you receive 50% savings from our regular portrait collections.
If you have a large wedding party / number of guests (over 80+) and/or your day is long (8+ hours), it’s recommended to have a second photographer. Our team of photographers work seamlessly together to document various aspects of your wedding day and it’s great if you look for lots of candid images of your loved ones.
As soon as you know your wedding date! We often book many months in advance as we only take a limited number of weddings per year. Or often, if we are your “love-at-first-sight”, you can inquire us right away to ensure that we are available when you plan the date of your wedding.
Great! We require a signed agreement and $1000 as non-refundable retainer to hold your day. With the paperwork done, we can start the journey to prepare for your very special day!
